This unique package provides one monthly in-person session as well as everything that is included in the Online-Only package.

You'll receive 3 workout splits on the first of the month that you can repeat weekly as well as a monthly nutrition guide.

Then, we will meet up once a month (in lieu of the Video Call offered through the online only package) so I can put you through a guided workout and discuss your goals, concerns, questions, etc.

This package is best suited for those that can commit to a solo gym session at least 3 times per week. That in person session will remind you how hard to push yourself.

Life-Changing Relief for Chronic Pain

I’ve dealt with ongoing pain most of my life due to a physical disability, along with lingering pain and inflammation from a car accident and broken arm over 12 years ago. I’ve also had foot surgeries on both feet, with plates in place. I started using this in February, and I honestly wish I had found it sooner. This Stuff is a working miracle!!!!

Omg this stuff literally saved my back mainly but pretty much my entire body. Let me tell you after a hard day at work having some of this rubbed into whatever spot is giving you problems. I absolutely love this, I highly recommend this to everyone that has any body pain , the best part is it's all natural. Just try it I promise you , you won't be disappointed. Love it

I do love this stuff, however, I do have to reapply it in the afternoon as my face is very dry. If I wasn’t doing a lot of work outside, then I might not have to reapply. Other than that it is light upon applying, and my skin loves it, doesn’t leave it feeling oily. I don’t get any break outs from it, which is good for me, cause I usually do from other moisturizer’s. I believe I’ve found my moisterizer for life.

I have tried many CBD products, back history. I’ve had several back surgeries, and also need surgery on my neck due to ruptured discs. I’m done with surgeries! With that said, I ordered the lotion, and it is working very well, it helps with the inflammation and pain, better than other things I’ve tried, even the celebrity, and name brand ones. Trying the oil next!
